We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, or a keyboard alone.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This goes beyond the WCAG 2.0 Level AA requirements that the federal Section 508 standards incorporate by reference.

What we do

• Build pages with meaningful headings, landmarks, and labeled form fields
• Support keyboard navigation, with a skip link and visible focus indicators
• Keep text contrast at 4.5:1 or higher
• Let content reflow on small screens and when zoomed, without sideways scrolling
• Respect your device’s reduced-motion setting
• Test pages with automated tools and with manual keyboard checks

Known limitations

• Documents. If a PDF on this site is not accessible to you, contact us and we will provide the information in another format.
• Spam protection. The contact form’s verification check is provided and maintained by Cloudflare. If it prevents you from sending a message, please email or call us instead.
